What do i need to do, basically about a week ago i was driving to work and tried to put a CD in but the cd player spit the cd out and put an Error code of E-00. Now I am not sure what i need to do to either run the code, or fix the problem, basically it sucks listening to the radio, and i dont want to spend money on an aftermarket CD player. So any ideas?

 

in most cases that just means your OEM radio is fucked, but try unplugging the radio then putting the code in, if that doesn't work you need a new deck

 

Same thing happened to me a couple weeks ago with my factory 2000 EX deck. Same code, same action.

If you look in the manual, you'll see the code means there's a focusing error. You could try to get it looked at by your dealer, but I wound up buying a new CD player.

 

Well thanks for the info, i will have to try unpluging it this weekend and see if that works, if not then i guess i will just have to stop being a cheap ***. LOL.... Thanks guys!
