DOes anybody have an ES Oval Muffler on their CRX? If so, how did you mount it? Where? Any Pictures? I Love that 2.25" Inlet/Outlet Straight Through Design.

 

I have the 2.5 on mine, and it was mounted just like the stock one was.

Also, do you think it's possible to mount it like a regular exhaust? So i dont have to put a tip on?

I like it. My exhaust is 2.5 from the header back (no cat) and it still sounds good. Not super loud. I dont have a tip on it, and it doesn't look too bad.

Yea, just like the stock one. 2.5 pipe comes back to where the stock location is. I just never put a chrome or aftermarket tip on it. It's just pipe.

 

I was thinking if we're able to mount it like this.

But on the other side where the Tip for the CRX is.

 

my friend had that muffler just like that on his crx.. it did look funny since the groove for the muffler was on the opposite side.. sounded nice though

 

is that the es oval? if so wheres a link so i can pick up that bad boy, hopefully it'll fit on the right side w/the rear swaybar.
scuff it up a bit, and paint it black...

Polished is $99 for a 2.25
Flat Black is $110 for a 2.25

 

what ever you do dont buy it from the Es shop.. they sell their own mufflers for more than if you where to buy it at another shop
