Default aebs intake manifold

i was wandering is this intake manifold worth buying over my itr right now that is port matched...............i know its better yields 2-3 all cross the board and 6 in midrange something, like that..............

will it help me out or nah since my compression right now is around 10:0-10:1

my mod list is in my sig.

oh yeah i also have a jg 65mm tb if i get the aebs im should i stay stock itr or swap it.......

sounds kinda dumb asking these quiestion but i need some advice or input

thanks

i am trying to get near 200whp on stock usdm gsr bottom

I don't think it's worth getting over your itr.

you'll want a hondata gasket to go with your aebs.

Look at it this way if you do decide to get it you can sell your itr manifold for like $125-$150, the aebs goes for around $160. So you do the math. This manifold untuned produced 3whp across the board(austin) over an ITR, and 8whp tuned (timing advanced/fuel pressure raised) over the Itr(mike K). In the end if tuned you can spend minimal $ for descent gains IMO.

With this being said, this manifold makes more power than the overpriced skunk2

correct me if i am worng but can't a b18c5 intake manifold bolt directly to a b18b engine and you can also still use the stock or aftermarket intake.

anyone think i will hit 200 whp i made 185.4 on the dyno last time with out DTR Header, ac/ps removed, CTR N1 crank pulley, lightened flywheel, clutch i know this does really matter unless your slipping bad and plus addition of the Aebs IM any ideas what i will hit.....and a JG 65mm..........hopefully i hit 200 or near that........after this there is really nothing left to do unless i do my block

ditto.

get a hondata setup, and ditch the vafc, i BET that you will make more power with the hondata before you make more power with the vafc.

the aebs isnt that bad, but you should get hondata first, then a aebs intake manifold later

only go a few mm more on your t-body, dont go too big

i pray to god, you have bigger injectors. please go get some 310's or 440's

Wow, we have a lot of AEBS employees here. The only BS dyno was the one made by AEBS themselves--the 12whp gain BS one.

I actually got to see this in person. The manifold is well designed however not as nice as the ITR.

It made 15whp over the ITR..... not tuning it at all. All they did was remove the ITR and put on the other.....
It is actually called the Typhon and it is made by professional products. AEBS just backs it and made some fine alterations to it before it went into full production
