This is so stupid, most of those cams are for DOHC VTEC motors anyway (CTR, WTF?) and he clearly asked what was the best for his SOHC VTEC....

PS EF-1 (its always Ef-1)

no cams are the best. i think you should look for cams that best suit for what you are doing to your motor.
