how many different people welded on that? doesnt look like the same person that made the manifold and the elbow actually welded the elbow onto the manifold.

There is no "wrong side". My manifold (not lovefab) is also designed like that. All depends on your setup. Im sure you could have requested it to be made the other way around when you ordered it. But like was said, its an easy task to cut and reposition it.

 

you could cut it off yourself and weld it however youd like, or send it back, and I will do it. I just put it over there because its easiest, and I honestly cant see any problems w/routing any dump tubes or anything...

 

lots of people do, it just depends on what you are looking for, ie, smells, sounds etc. Ive always run an open, or "divorced" dump tube, and I havent had any complaints...
