is their any difference between a civic ( any year ) and a 95 GSR radiator cap?
i tried to put a 00 si and 91 crx cap on and didnt fit.

 

whats the problem?? obviously it didnt fit. Just go buy the correct size radiator cap for the particular application. Am i missing something here? Why did you want to use that radiator cap on a different car???

i didnt think that it was different. i thought maybe it was just my new cheap aftermarket radiator... just wondering if anyone else came across this

aaaaa, i completely understand. As did i about 50k miles ago. The dreaded radiator crack....gotta love it.

IOW, your radiator sounds non-standard.
