from what i remember, the Koyo radiator cap uses the older civic (EF) sized radiator cap

stock itr radiator cap won't fit on koyo
It uses this type of radiator cap

i've got a high temp cap, plus i didn't think there was different size caps, so I just took a dremel and ground down the thick collar. It fits fine now
