I think my problem is with the fast idle control but i do not want to go buy one not unless i am sure that is what the problem is seeing they are 180 dollars. I have a 88 rex HF with a B16 stock with a t3/t4 turbo if that makes a difference i have hondata stage 3b when i put a wide band in the car it has the right air to fuel but the rpms go up and down about 250rpm anyone know for sure what the is.

Yes it's the fast idle.........goes ............up.....then a drastic drop. That part cost $70 from Acura. Take it off. shake it. If you hear it rattle it's no good. Otherwise it can be adjusted. Honda says it can't but it really can it's been done before. Good question.

 

how do you adjust it is it with the alen screw on the end
