Default Will a D16Y or Z cam work on a Jdm D15B Vtec

I looking at ordering an aftermarket cam for this motor and I'm not if it will work or not, please let me know thanks.

the head is the same as the z6's. also the cam that is in the jdm 1.5 vtec is supposed to be pretty aggressive from what i've heard it's almost the same as the mild zex. ask eg6ajk i think that's his name but he has the set up and is very knowledgeable about that motor.

yes it will fit and its a more aggressive acm, i know someone who doen this swap and they reckon from the butt dyno the car pulls stronger through the rev range
