A good set of cross drilled rotors and a good set of carbon pads is perfectly fine. Oh and a parachute would help too

Slotted rotors are the best crossdrilled crack easily...

so with Brembo slotted rotors and Hawks hps to all four corners you shoud be ok !

unless your doin track racing on a regular basis, they both suck.. if you have to turn slotted or drilled rotors, the shops might not do it!! brembo blanks and axxis pads is the best way to go for the street if you dont have money for a brake kit..

Autozone rotors, good pads, and good fluid is all you need

Fastbrakes 11" Wilwood brake kit front
Fastbrakes 11" rear disc upgrade
ITR brake booster/1" master cylinder

I eat the dash at 120mph highway romps when decelerating.

what kind of brake setups are out that that you can still fit 13" slicks on your car and not have them rub

stick with GSR at best to fit 13"
and you'll need a spacer

11" is nice and all...but it sure ***** you up for drag racing.

I could obviously search, but...do you need the ITR brake booster to use teh 1" cylinder? I'm planning on using this, front 10.3"(?) re-located to the rear with custom brackets and 11" up front on an EJ. I have cross-drilled Brembo rotors up front (they were really cheap) and GSR rear-discs at present.

This is a good thread. upgrading brakes are something I always think about doing but have never done. @ the track u can get away w/ DX brakes or whatever but anyone who gets on it on the street should think about these things. keep the answers comin!

This is how I stop my 400 hp civic! Well, I will find out my exact HP numbers on the 25th of Oct. - Honda-Tech dyno day in Auburn, WA. But if it isn't 400hp @ the wheels, it should be damn close.

Stock with upgraded pads. Slotted/drilled are worse than stock in a lot of cases.

the more power you make, the larger your braking components are going to have to be.

stock honda brakes aren't really meant to stop from 140. and when u take a car that does 90mph in the 1/4 and make it go 110-140 you gotta be able to slow it down too. especially if its a street car. if u get on it on the street, racing or not, u wanna be able to stop too.
