exedy cluth difference

ive seen exedy cluthes go for around $90 and some for 200+..both claim to be oem..so what are the differences? i know japan uses exedy cluthes as oem equipment..can anyone enlighten me?

the 90 ones are usually the oem replacements while the 200+ ones are typically the organic race disc/heavy dutypressure plates.
