Default OT: Holy cow! Check out these handy mods!!!

I love the "VTEC counter" mod. Damn, I need one of those so I know how much I hit VTEC in a month, year, etc. (Not to mention when dropping off at the dealership!)

While I wouldn't do any of those myself, I can admire the ingenuity good link.

I like the garage d00r opener mod, but what happens when you're driving w/ the high beams on? Does the remote stay "on" till the high beams are turned off?

hrm/ness

yoshi - who'll have to do some thinking

it probably will, but it will be powered off of the car and not the remote's battery...more wear and tear on the remote, but cool nonetheless...

The vtec light would be cool, but I'm way to paranoid of frying my computer to do it.

Convenience Mod - allows top & windows to work after ignition is turned off, plus easy trunk and passenger door unlock functions.
Probably not the smartest thing to do.(security wise)

Has anyone followed these instructions successfully on a Type R, or is it stook specific?

Most mods will work on DC2 'tegs. It's just matter of splicing the right wires.
