jdm type r motor question

(this may be a stupid question) did any of the jdm type r motors come with carbon fiber spark plug cover?

98 spec came with faux carbon fiber.

faux = fake

It's a plastic piece that basically has a carbon fiber pattern on it.

98 + JDM ITR motors (the ones with the 4.78 fd) all came with it.
