i got a cam adjusting quest.

Ok i got a b16a2 block complete ITR head STR fuel rail holley FPR(40 psi of fuel) JDM DC 421 with test pipe and a Apexi N1 exhaust. Im using a chipped P28. And i was wondering what should i adjust my cams to with my AEM cam gears? I was thinkin -2 E +3I and 2 degrees retard on the ignition. Any suggestions?

your guess is as good as ours - there are no exact specs to adjust your cam gears to - every engine is going to be different - it is pretty much mandatory to get your car on a dyno to tune in the cam gears otherwise you will never know if you are gaining or losing hp from your settings
