Well i just replaced my 1-2 shift fork in the tranny got it all dropped down and together and now it wont leave fifth... it engages correctly but i was thinkin the linkage or some such thing. anyone have any ideas? i just dont feel like taking the tranny out... again....

 

who did the assembly for it? if it wasn't you...take it back. if it was, sorry you are probably going to have to take it out and make sure nothing is obstructing. if you feel it is linkage related (i don't know-i'm not there)...get under your car and make sure nothing is binding.

 

Yeah i alerady know what it is. The fifth gear selecting fork is screwed up. Plus my new shifter broke.. o well sh*t happens.
