Want to improve this dyno...

Mods:
-DC 4-1 header
-Carsound 2.25in cat
-Greddy SP 2.36in cat-back
-K&N drop-in filter
-air box replaced w/ dryer hose extension into fenderwell
I'm at 6000ft elevation so I'm guessing this graph was corrected to sealevel.
I was happy to see how flat the torque curve was, but the dip right in the middle is disappointing. That is right where my daily driving rpm range is. Not to mention the most important power band location for auto-xing. For those of you that are tuning experts, would some a/f adjustment w/ an SAFC help to bring up that dip? Or what else can I do to make that line straighter? I'm not really looking for better peak numbers, just to flatten the torque curve.
BTW, I know that the 4-1 header and the 2.36in exhaust are geared to make more power up top. So I know it's possible I'm shooting myself in the foot.
Any help is appreciated. TIA.
Yep, just doubling up to get opinions.
I'm not really looking into spending the kind of money involved for cams. I'm planning on going FI in about a year or so.

I guess I was reading the ratio wrong.
It makes sense that it would be 12 parts air to 1 part fuel. So the higher the graph, the leaner the mixture. Correct?
Basic I know, sorry for my ignorance.

PFI just south of Ft. Collins has "Dyno Days" where you can get one pull for $15. They seem to do it about once every couple of months. I *think* the generally charge $35 per pull. Give 'em a call and see what they say.

if you really want to push out numbers, go FI. supercharger, turbo, nitrous. you name it. i am partical to turbo though.
if not then put a vtec head on there a b16 or b18c1 or even a b18c5 head. then go with some aftermarket cams and valve train. (skunk2)
good luck.
