Default HELP WITH SKUNK2 CAMS

HELP!! I HAVE AN LS/VTEC'98 B18B BLOCK W/ CTR PISTONS (APPROX.
12.3:1 C.R.), '99 B16A HEAD W/: HEAVY P&P,ITR INTAKE VALVES, FERREA S.S.
EXHAST VALVES, KAWASAKI SPRINGS, FERREA TI. RETAINERS, AEM GEARS, SKUNK2 CAMS, B16A INT. MAN. & T.B., B&M F.P. REGULATOR, DC JDM (2.5" COLLECTOR) 4:1 HEADER, '00 ITR EXHAUST, TEST PIPE & OBD-II '00 ITR ECU. THIS MOTOR IS IN MY '00 YELLOW ITR. BEFORE THE SKUNK2 CAMS, I PUT DOWN 186 WHP/133 TQ WITH '00 ITR CAMS. SINCE THE SKUNK2 CAMS, I HAVE NOT BEEN BACK TO THE DYNO YET (WAITING FOR MT V-AFC) BUT I CAN'T SEEM TO FIND A 'GOOD', SEAT OF THE PANTS, CAM GEAR/TIMING SETTING FOR THE CAMS. MY ITR ECU HAS OEM VTEC X-OVER @ 5700RPM+/- AND IT KICKS IN NICE & LOUD, BUT I REALLY DON'T FEEL THE SICK POWER SURGE UNTILABOUT 7000+/-RPM. IT PULLS VERY, VERY NICE BEYOND 7000RPM, BUT OBVIOUSLY, EVEN IF I SHIFT AT 8500, I STAY IN VTEC(ABOUT 6000RPM), BUT I FALL OUT OF THE STRONG POWER BAND. ANY SUGGESTIONS?? I'M OUT OF IDEAS, WOULD YOU HELP ME??....THANKS!!

advancing your cam timing will move your powerband lower in the rpm range
