After installing an S2000 steering wheel on my friend's 01 SH last week, we thought we were fine... But problems with the signals returning back to position and ATTS light would come on from time to time... We took it off today and found the problem...

SH wheel ...


S2000 wheel


SH hub...


As you can see their are 3 tabs on the hub and only 2 notches on the S2000 wheel (SH has 3 tabs). These three tabs are for the signal cancelling sleeve and must be lined up.

So we had to dremel the 3 notch after making and using a template...






Done...


After we installed it, we had no problems afterwards... Just an FYI for those of you who are interested... Thanks to who helped out.

Nice! Is there any effect on the airbag or will it work like normal.

 

Nope airbag is plug and play.

Yeah, S2K = 360 mm, the Prelude is 400mm.

 

how much did you get teh sheel for and where at? do u have a pic of it in the car?
