I have a 92 civic hatch recentlly i ripped out the dash to trick it out a bit and ever since i put it back on the wipers dont work ... they are stuck on high and the swich doesnt work so i have just been pulling the fuse when i dont need them but does anyone have an idea of what it could be ?

 

i think you need a new relay.
either that, or a new wiper switch.
