So I find out recently that I have 20W-10 in my car rather than 5w-30 in my car. Now my question is, What having the wrong oil in my car could it affect my gas milage? Because out of 2 1/2 gallons of gas I'm getting 40 miles rather than 60 or more so far. Is there anything else that could affect my mileage other than my fuel injection which I know is clean....
Edit: I meant 20w-30 ****....I'm going to go change my oil now! ******* grease monkey

20w-10? I think you mean 5w-20 right?
If it is, then I suggest you change it. I seen a few different 5w-20 motor oil quarts and it had a warning label stating do not use unless the manufacteaur specified the wt. for the car
