This has been done already. Go to http://www.v6performance.net and search for post by Jimmyrecluse. He used an Acura TL 6 speed manual tranny and he has the complete rundown on how it was done.

The 95 Legend tranny was done, but nothing positive came out of it. The guy had a lot of problems with the Stock Accord ECU not being able to read a 5th gear. If you were really to do this the best thing would be it to try to also swap the Legend 5spd ECU also. I don't know if that is possible but with out a 5spd ECU the car won't run right.

The 6sp won't bolt up. The tranny is a little too big. I know someone who did a FULL 3.2TypeS Motor/Tranny/ECU swap. That worked VERY good. In the ammount you are going to spend on a Legen 5spd and labor and **** its not even worth it. The kid who did the swap a while back spent close to 5g's on the tranny swap. You will need to have someone make custom tranny mounts, you have to add the clutch pedal, and find an ECU that works with the extra 5th gear. Its alot to spend just for a tranny. The kid who did the full TypeS swap olny cost him 6g's. 4g for the Motor/Tranny/ECU/Clutch Pedal/etc. and about 2g's to make new mounts and do the full swap.
