Best All Motor Time at Palmdale?

Does anyone know what the best All Motor FWD time at Palmdale is? best i have heard was 10.69 or 10.70??? start the list below!

i wanna say the last time Erick Aguilar raced palmdale he ran a 10.69 or maybe a lil quicker.
