FS: 1994 del Sol with B18B engine
I just bought a house, and its time for me to find a new owner of my 94 del Sol. So I'm just seeing if there is any interest. Here's the deal:
1994 del Sol S with about 140k miles.
SUSPENSION: Koni Yellow shocks (damp and height adjustable)
Eibach ProLine springs
Installed front and rear del Sol VTEC anti-sway bars
Eibach adjustable rear camber kit.
Skunk2 adjustable front camber kit
Chrome upper strut tower bar
Battery relocated from engine bay to the trunk
BRAKES: Installed rear del Sol VTEC disc brakes
New AXXIS performance brake pads.
Slotted and cross-drilled PowerSlot rotors.
Steel braided brakes lines (front and rear)
ENGINE: Engine is a stock 1994 Integra LS B18B1, with Skunk2 intake manifold, and Skunk2 6-way adjustable cam gears.
99 Civic Si 5spd transmission (same as del Sol VTEC)
GS-R flywheel, Exedy performance clutch with under 5000 miles on it
Moroso crankcase breather kit (reduces pressure below the pistons, and increases HP)
AEM underdrive pulley set.
HEADER: Custom chrome 4-1 header
INTAKE: del Sol VTEC air intake (larger diameter than S/Si)
Painted Grand Prix White (like S2000 white)
I have two tops, the Grand Prix white top, and an Electron Blue Pearl top
Fluidyne radiator with FAL fan red
Nology plug wires
EXHAUST: Tanabe G-Power Medallion cat-back exhaust (2.5" diameter, including 2.5" catalytic converter)
JDM folding sun visors (very light weight)
Custom alarm, with key-less remote entry.
WHEELS: Enkei RF-1 15" wheels with BFG Euro TA 205x60 tires.
Extra things included: I also have a del Sol VTEC gauge cluster, from when I was going to do an LS/VTEC conversion. Extra floor mats. Extra mud guards. Don't forget I have two tops included. I'll also include my Integra HELMS manual, Honda Transmission Fluid, Power Steering fluid.
A beat up del Sol might cost about $2500-3000. The suspension upgrades I have would cost about $1400. Swapping in a B-series engine would cost about $2000 (with clutch and flywheel). The header, exhaust, upgraded radiator and fan, etc. would run about another $1000. These are parts only, not including installation. Wheels and tires would run another $500 or so.
I'm only asking $4200 (firm). The reason this is so cheap is because, although the car runs great, there are a couple issues. (1) I have not fully re-installed the A/C. All that is missing is the pulley for the belt and the belt itself. But the A/C does work. (2) At high RPMs, the engine blows some oil. I tihnk the piston rings need to be replaced. That'll cost at least $500 (parts and labor -- only about $200 if you do it yourself). I know a shop that can do this. But, I'm just going to sell it as-is, in case someone decides they'd rather just install a B20 block or another built B18 block. The car runs fine, produces about 150whp, I've gotten 70mph 1/8th mile track times. If you drive normal, its no problem. But otherwise, with a lot of high RPM driving, you'll lose some oil any time you go much over 5000 rpms, so you need to add about a quarter every other week. (3) I currently have no radio installed, didn't need one. I can install a radio if you want. I do have all four 6" speakers installed, Memphis speakers, and a power antenna is installed. (4) Minor dents in the front passenger side fender, and paint scratches on the passenger side door. Its not bad, the car looks awesome from a distance. But the scratches and little dents would kill you at a car show.
BTW, the engine has a brand new ITR oil pump, and new timing belt, and new head gasket. The engine is good and the install is clean, it's just the rings that are bad. I have an extra head gasket that I'll include, and intake manifold gasket.
If you are interested, then e-mail me at slewis@charter.net and let's talk. I'm located in Fort Worth, Texas. I'd like to sell the car before the end of the month, but I'm in no particular hurry. I will NOT do payments, and the $4200 price is firm at this time (unless you can convince me why this is too high). I can send pictures upon request. I must have the entire payment up front, serious buyers only. Shipping will be up to the buyer.

Here are some recent pictures...
NOTE: A/C is not installed in the picture below. I've re-installed the A/C, except for the pulley and belt.
