hey cud any1 tell me what the difference between a normal Si (non-vtec) and an Si Protek (non-vtec too) is? beacause im thinkin of buying 1 and want to know wat im buying! thanx to any1 in advance who cud help me out! hmmmm i know that theres a possiblity of it being just a sticker or summin wif no real diferences.

Honestly, sounds like someone added a buzz word to the cars name, hoping it will make it sell faster. I dunno.

Just a sticker and not put there by honda. The only 4th gen models are S, Si, Si-4ws, Si-VTEC (or just VTEC), 95 SE

 

si protek have turbonium and the dash is all japanese and theres pokemon built in

 

i know in russia (or europe) they have prelude (5th gens) SVti or something like that... but Si Protek i call BS

 

Id say its BS sorry to tell ya but ive never heard of anything like that before.

 

A Protek could be a dealer modified car. I know in Europe you can get cars like the Civic Joker and such that have a cirtain combo of accessories from the dealer. Its usually stuff like a special interior, different wheels, in-dash cell, little trinkets like that. Posting a pic could help detirmine if your car is one of those.
