the car at a stop and in drive4(yes its a auto)...ok it flucts from 500 to maybe 700 and then back and forth about every 30secs.. all i have is a intake and 2inch hks exhaust and 50k miles on the y7 what's the deal, i always run the 92 octane gas.. is that the problem

Changed you fuel filter? Honda recommends it every 60k.
Do you know of any vaccuum lines that may be loose?
Changed your spark plugs?

 

check your throttle body....clean it out....change air filer...it might not change it right away but after u get some clean air going though it, it should go up... and BTW my y7 idles low...i think most of them do anyway....
