Yea, you might have VTEC but probably arent getting any oil to the squirters. So basically, you have a H23/VTEC hybrid now and it will blow soon if you keep redlining it.

Jeremy what is number #21 though? He has the squirters..I think. Is 21 for VTEC oiling? I have no Idea.

So you did not install this

Okay that is the Oil Control Orifice, and should NOT be installed for the H22A engine. so if it's an H22a head then you did the right thing by not putting it in. It's only there for the H23a, F22b, and f22a engines.
58psi is normal isn't it?
