oil cummin out the turbo? help

is there suppose to be oil cummin out where the compressor sucks in air and where it shoots out the air? i jus installed my turbo and i see sum oil in those area

I'm sure you guessed, that's bad. The seals are probably gone, meaning time to rebuild the turbo.
How many miles were on it?
