JDM ITR, piece in-between headlights, question
excuse the crude drawing
my question is, does anyone have any ideas on who would have an aftermarket type filler for this? I don't want to put back the one that came with it, but I don't want to leave it open like this. I have searched the net, and not seen a thing, I am considering going custom with a 99SI grill...
do you guys have any ideas, or any experience with replacing this?
thanks in advance

pwrbyrl: it came with all the pieces, but I got it about 3 1/2 years ago, it has been through 2 front bumpers (long story, but I have bad luck with idiots not looking when backing out in parking lots to make it short), and I never got around to getting that piece fixed and painted from the last time someone backed into it, so yeah, someone could pop the hood, if they really tried, but it is safe at work, and garaged at home, so I am not too woried about it, I just want something to fill the gap with. oh, and there is no condensation in the lights, the fog light yellow thingies broke because the original bulbs were 100 watt and should have only been about 50, the heat busted them, I would replace the whole unit, but at a whole lot per headlight... I will live with no fogs.
TypeRmsm: does Feels have a website? whenever I do a search for custom grill, or anything with the word grill in it, I get links to the super duper cook a cow website. I checked out grillcraft, and I have checked import shops in houston, but one of the shops is clueless because they have an idiot that works on the weekend and that is the only time I can go in, and the other shop doesn't do grills that aren't factory.
thanks again for the help.

Pwrbyrl: at the time it cost a lot, it is all fiberglass (with the last parkinglot idiot, I replaced the front bumper with OEM ruberstuff) and I paid about $3500 for parts but luckily my insurance covered it since I had a dissagreement with a BMW about whether or not to go through a yellow light (paid for that one 5 times over with idiots running into me). anyway, thanks for the compliments.
Ladies Man: don't really want to go CF, as this is my driver and I am saving the real money for my future fun toy, but if you can show me a pic of the part, I may be interested.

LOL, they are a lot cheaper now than they were then, you can get a OEM for a little less than i paid for fiberglass, and you can get the fiberglass for about 1grand less, but your wife would probably still have you sleep on the couch for a while

Someone is selling it on ebay right now. Kinda of expensive so it might not sell. Best bet is to email him after the auction with offer.
