In case anyone cares, I dyno tested my typeR swap in my eg last nite, with an invidia exhaust.

•we did a baseline with the insert IN, then a baseline with it OUT, and it was a 3whp loss with it in..

I just thought that I should point this out, because Ive heard rumors of the inserts costing 8 or more HP..
But In this case, the losses were minimal, and definitely a loss that I can deal with in order to be able to roll at a moderate volume...
