for engine oil: Unscrew the bolt on the back of the oil pan and let it drain for 5 mins. Then unscrew the oil filter and take it off. Screw the oil pan bolt back in along with a new oil filter. Add ~5 qrts oil.

For Tranny fluid:??

For suspension: Drop it on some good coilovers, Sway bars, rims/tires

Also when putting the new oil filter back on make sure you put a little oil on the seal to make it seat propperly. Just stick your clean finger intot he new oil and rub a little around the black rubber seal.

Chaning your tranny fluid is easy too. I posted some pics here and others have as well on how to change it, like the drain plug and the filler locations. You can learn alot just from reading and searching on this site. Try searching for tranny fluid change and see what comes up.

you may want to look into changing from motor oil as it says in the manual to something like Honda MTF or GM Synchromesh MTF.
I recommend the GM stuff but either will be better than Motor oil.
