Best tire and size to combo 16x7 rims
i'm looking for the best street tire.
Right now i have some michellen mxx3 215/45 16's.
I dont' mind spending 200 dollars on a tire.
I dont' want something loud like the a032r's, something more streetable.
Any suggestions? s02 pole positions? re 010's? yoko a038r?

Could you clarify what you mean here? I am seriously considering getting the RE010s in 16x7, not sure if you are saying there's a negative effect there. It's
Monday and it's been a long day, so I can't think very clearly!

What offset rims are you using? If 50 mm you can fit up to 225/45-16 (with some rubbing at full lock) or 225/40 with no rubbing
If you are less than 50 mm (stock) say 42 or 43 the widest you can go is 215/45 unless you roll your fenders a bit.
My suggestion is the new Bridgestone S-03s. The A038Rs are noisy just like the A032Rs (basically same tread design).
If you can find them - Pirelli PZero Competitions are the ****. Otherwise the P Zeros are really good tires too.

Toe-out will give a dead "on-center" feel that a lot of people don't like - the car will tend to wander on the street. Turn-in is great though.
The Type R I autox (not mine) has 16x7 wheels with 215/40/16 kumho for the street. The tires are dirt cheap and are great because they also last pretty well. Grip is nothing special, but it is decent. They are a perfect fit with no rubbing, not to mention great looks!

I dont' want something too fat. I dont' know what my offset is, but they are the mf10's at whatever offset that is suppose to fit on my car.
The mxx3's sqeal alot in the turns. I liked the re010s because they werent' noisy at all. These will be a STREET Only tire. I have a set of yoko a032r's already.
can anyone post a pick of Azenis?
aren't s02's better than s03's???
are the p zero competitions noisy? i might try these. anyone know where i can find them? pics?
