Default For those with Falken Azenis

Did a search and got some useful info but what I really need to know if these tires are as streetable as a RE010. The tread pattern looks really agressive kind of like the A032R's thats why I'm wondering if its streetable. How's the tread life and hows the wet/dry handling? Looking to buy tires soon so any info would be appreciated. Thanks.

These are my street tires. Tread life is I put mine thru the torture test at The Expo and they still looked like new afterwards while others w/ RE010s were chunking pretty badly.

Can't really comment on wet driving b/c I got another car for rainy days, but I have driven around in the rain on semi-worn out Kumho V700s and didn't have any problems. Judging from that, I would think that the Azenis will be okay in the wet.

yoshi - who's definitely getting these tires again

Azenis is good for wet condition, don't worry about it....

two places you can buy them online are http://www.vulcantire.com or http://www.onlinetires.com

I have them too...I haven't really tested them in the rain either as I have another car for rainy days...But I definitely like them too!

IntegraTypebRoham and I had a horrible time getting our tires thru Online Tires. Wont go into detail here, but we're never going there again

IntegraTypebRoham
haha...i guess its time for a new user name.

I got mine locally through america's tire co. There price came out to about the same as from the 2 online stores. I just had to pay for the mount and balance.

M12-who just got back from America's tire Co to take out a screw in one of his falkens. Just happy it was free and the tire is saved.

I noticed that the 14" Azenis' don't have rim guard... The 15's and up do, right? I haven't seen one from the US yet, and mine are from Japan.

I have 16's and they do have the rim guard...kinda like that too...spoons are too expensive, so it may come in handy...

Can someone tell me this straight up:

Are these tires

1. Stickier than the re010's?

2. Blessed with a longer treadwear life than the re010's?

3. Equipped with as stiff a sidewall as the re010's?

4. Not as heavy as the re010's?

5. Better traction in the wet as well as the dry than the re010's?

Thanks!

I don't think this size is available yet. Anybody know for sure? I'm debating between the 195/55 (when they become available) and the 205/50.
