how much hp would i gain by replacing my stock cat with a random technology cat...given that i already have an i/h/e??

No one here can give you that answer, all cars are different. If you want a reasonable HP estimate try calling Random Tech, I'm sure they can give you some sort of percentage or numbers in HP gain.
