You may possibly have a coil acting up. Honda had a bulletin out about this issue on the V6's ... but could also be happening on a 4 cylinder.

I've got a MSD coil with ~~maybe~~ 5k on it. no MSD box, just the coil. I thought I was having problems before, so I replaced the stock coil with the MSD.
wouldn't a bad coil cause a misfire? It's not missing at all. usually does it at highway speed, light load, and around 2k - 3k RPMs

i had the same problem in my 93 GSR, it did it on the highway first thing when the engine was cold. once the car heated up it was fine, i never found out what it was, sorry can't help ya any.
