Default do my AFC setting look odd to you?

My set up is a t20 turbo on a d15b7 with a y7 head on it so it has 10.1:1 comp. ratio. I have dsm 450's and a walbro 255 in tank. i am running 7.35 psi boost daily.

Here are my afc setting. This is how it runs best
800 -36
1200 -36
1600 - 34
2000 -31
2400 -31
2800 -28
3400 - 34
4000 -34
4600 -38
5200 -39
5800 - 43
7000 -42

It seems like my car would run realy lean at wot, but it don't my air fuel ratio is around 10.8 at wot. I am wondering if it is my fuel pump pushing to much fuel. If my injectors are realy supra 550's or if my turbo is just so small i need to turn up the boost to around 10 psi. The car runs good it just dos't pull hard and it smokes white. Please give me some suggestions I am wanting to run it at the track tomarrow.
