first of all ...the car needs a new tranny cause some MORON mechanic put 89 cv / drive sahfts in my 1990 integra , and needless to say the came out uder lock to lock turn and spun into my transmission casing taring it to pieces. now I need tranny ! my fridst problem is : I cannot locate a tranny that will swap ...anywhere in the Detroit area . Problem number two ..I am on a tight budget and I think I wanna try to do it myself with a couple friends . I need to know how hard is this swap with a chilton's manual and the proper tools ...I am asking you guys ...how hard is this swap and ? do I need any special tools ? and if anyone can give me an Idea where I could get a reliable used tranny ..I would appreciate any help you guys can give me ! I am a new user and new to the honda/acura scene so there is alot of stuff I do not know THANKS ALOT GUYS !

here is a picture of my baby ..right after getting outta intensive care ...hit a dear on the HW going about 75 .....3000 dollars later here she is ...except for the "bandaged" up mirror ...I fixed that with some carbon fiber mirrors recently ...I posted this link to a photo in hopes people would see why I need my tranny back in this thing . oh yeah ..the link will lead you to a page where I have some of my drawings up
