the entire IM will not work (sensors and stuff, the hunk of metal will be ok) Since your car is auto anyway, and anything you do to add a standard tranny will be custom fab'ed, you might be better off with a cable tranny. You're linkage will not work, and neither will either of the ECU's you have right now.

there are a lot of cheaper route that will work sir 2 might be better i has more power try looking on ebay for the motor use just the engine there r even some store put u will need the ecu for the engine u get and u will also or probably have to do obd 2 to 1 harness to connect edu . u can always buy a none modified ecu the p28 or p30 are the most common and are entirely reprogrammable and the most supported .the harness on ebay is 89 or less and on hondatech there a site call http :// http://www.jdmshit.com check it out just a thought i about to lv/vtec with an auto to and use a vafc i not doing the stick tranny swap right now where r u getting the engine from

any vtec ecu will work but if your going that route u should get a p28 or p30 most responsive vtec ecu and most commonly reprogrammed as well u can have knock sensor remove common problem for ls/vtec manual swap if u don't remove from p28 or p30 cannot be modified on odb 2 2 complex
