I've really only loked at the AEM cam gears for H23a, but how do they compare to some of the others?
Is JG any good?

cam gears are cam gears as long as they come from AEM, skunk2, jg, toda etc, i wouldnt buy a brand no one has used extensively

tighten the bolts down and you are fine
papadakis's old h22a had aem cam gears, if it works for a 1000hp h22a, then it would work for us
