around CMU and Squirrel Hill? that might be me...(or actually Must Be Me)
I went there a lot last week.. almost every 3 hours..
thanks to new people coming to CMU and UPITT.. keep on asking me to go here and there for their new apartments...

by the way, there are 2 other PY ITRs that I met last week, one with NY plate and the other one is PA... but the one from PA just too cool to say Hi.. and I thought HE MUST not be from this FORUM.

D: You're in Florida now? nice weather there eh? hehehe
Shawn: if you didn't get the Logitech GT3 wheel, go get it.. I love it so much now..
Aleph: I might be getting a st00pid n Loud Spoon N1... what do you think?

Exhaust can be nice, but personally i'd wait till the stock one rusts through or dies in some other way. I had a relatively quiet comptech exhaust on my GS-R, and after a while, it was a bit too noticable, especially on trips. maybe i'm just old Gonna keep the stock R exhaust until i have a reason to replace it, it's far too nice a stock exhaust, in my opinion...but if it's what you want, go for it!

Next autoX is in a couple of weeks at north hills...actually, there's one at the steubenville lot next sunday, if you feel like a little drive and a slippery lot (great fun!)

I'm the "NY plates" ITR, but I left the 'burgh for good about three weeks ago, so it's pretty likely it wasn't me. Anyway, good luck to all you yinzers back in the 'burgh, I'll cetainly miss it. Special thanks to Aleph for helping to get me into auto-xing, something I will definetly continue next season when I can afford to keep up w/ what the Allegheny County Airport concrete was doing to my tires. So long Pgh, and careful w/ your ITR's out there "n'at."

While We have you people in da burghs attention I was wondering if any of you drove your ITR's in the winter and how well it drove through the snow? I drive up to 7 springs ALL THE TIME in the winter because I love skiing and that is one of the reasons im bieng stopped from buying an ITR.

Thanks

Bryan

PS. PNC park is soo much better than heinz field

PPS. Does it **** any of you off the the liberty bridge is closed and the ft pitt tunnells close every night?

I am about to experience my 1st winter with my R..
but I have a set of Winter tires ready for it..
only need a set of Wheelies.. which I will get in a month I think...
oh yeah, also have to put on a custom mud flaps for my R.. (the OEM won't fit after the Body Kit).

I agree that PNC park is WAAAY Better than Heinz field..(went to the 1st game last week)...

oh by the way, Which Acura Dealer is the best in service?
I always go to Spitzer, but the mechanic and the service department is either just plain sucks or they hate people with an R. all they have in mind is that all R owners race... ck ck ck..
They also say No Mods is allowed.. even for Comptech stuff.. or it will void the warranty. And they say the only reason for you to change what is in the car is because you race it... (DOH!) I just want to Personalize my car... put better stuff in it..

Aleph: what about Baierl? are they any better? and about the exhaust, I will keep my exhaust of course.. (in my garage) along with a spare yellow Lips that is taking a lot of space now in my basement...

typeR158: that was me on the turnpike near irwin....my car looks nice from the drivers side but the passanger side has a huge scratch from someone keying it....the eclipse has exhaust and intake and just ordered coilovers and shocks.... I have I/H/E clutch 9lbs flywheel and vafc....
all you guys from pittsburgh should come out one night and get a nice car cruise going on....

my car has seen prolly 5 trips to seven springs. 3 winters in pgh, it's pretty much sucked on my car, but oh well... check our site and see what happens to rotors.

still, that's a pretty lame reason not to buy an ITR.

talk to john at baier, 724 935 8100, if he gives you any grief, i'll call and yell at him. seriously though, you should be doing your own service... **** paying some jacknob to **** up your ride.

heh, i don't miss the bridge being closed, dat sux.

too bad Tom Ridge isn't going to have any money left over to fund a new park so the Pens can get the hell out of the Igloo....

I wish I had my car at school...no place to keep it...I would TOTALLY be up for a cruise if I can find somewhere to park and not be paranoid about it.

yeah I will give him a call later..
well... I want to do everything myself.. but I have no tools..
but probably I better do everything myself later... since those JackNob really knows nothing... (like I told him that my clutch squeaks, AC not cold, CEL 7 and 8, etc-etc..)
they all just blame everything back to me.. Spitzer
