I originally made a trade with this guy 3 weeks ago

The deal was $20 and a license plate relocation kit
for his brand new momo 96-00 civic hub

We were to both send it out the same day
He messages me the following day saying its sent out via usps
I sent him the $20 and the license plate relocation kit that day as well and even gave him the tracking number

1 week goes by, I think nothing of it
2 weeks come and I'm thinking where is it
I message him and ask him for the confirmation number numerous times
He replies with It should be there, we had a hurricane over here on the east coast so that might be the problem
keep in mind he is in new jersey, very far away from the hurricane that struck the east coast, not to mention he was supposed to have sent it out 2 weeks prior ( the hurricane shouldn't have even been a factor but I said ok fine)

now its 3 weeks
its obvious if he sent it out when he said he sent it out
it should have been here by now
I've asked him many times and he still can't provide me a confirmation number
he even says it should be there no later then tuesday, the mail has already came and nothing

be careful
stay away from this guy
he might come through, but who would want to deal with this kind of nonsense

I know reddot, he is slow! but definately not a scammer man. I know this fellow.
We go to same University, ill see whats up when i see him.
