what should a stock ls with a gsr tranny run?

 

depends on what year trans and what year car if it is a 94+ ls and you put in a gsr tranny it will make a big diff b/c the final drive in a 3rd gen ls tranny sux.

u might be able to beat some gsr's, if they dont' drive good...it would be close mid 15's

my friend has a LS hybrid with gsr tranny pretty much stock and he runs mid 14's all day on slicks

 

Actually your friend runs mid 14's on drag radials in cx civic, but the tranny still def. helps!!!

 

I've got a 94 LS integra, with the 96 JDM GSR tranny, and it has definetly been an improvement. I also have the KAAZ 1.5 LSD on it, along with my intake, header, exhaust.

I haven't gotten any times on it, but, I can say that when racing a stock GSR, I have no problems beating them.

 

I wonder if the b16a gears would work good on an LS. They have identical gear ratios to the ITR.
