80 Shot NOS+Spoon ECU ?
I would like to ask you a question please guys....
My friend has a 1996 JDM ITR.
He is using a NOS 80 bhp kit and a walbro 255lph pump.
Can he use his spoon sports ecu with this setup or is it better to use the standard one ?
does he need a fuel pressure regulator?
Thanking you,

There's no point in the spoon ECU. My personal opinion is that anything over an 80 shot should be direct port. Nitrous ownz.
This forum is real helpful huh?
Dont use the Spoon ecu since it will advance your timing, like the Mugen ecu. If you're running a wet 80 shot you need to retard the timing. Stick with the stock ecu. Try the FI forum if you want more advice.

He is running a direct port system.
The question is does the owner need to remove the Spoon ecu and install the stock everytime he is going to use the NOS ? Or just retard the timing and keep the Spoon ecu installed when using NOS.
