Help! Intake manifold and Throttle body.

Help! Intake manifold and Throttle body.
Im getting ready to order my Enydn manifold, and i need to know. What would be best, a 70mm thorttle body or a 68mm? or even a tapered 70/68mm.
I would like to go with rpm, who sells them?
PS: until i actually put the kit on, i was thinking about puting the manifold on, to see i actually pick up anything with a totally stock motor.. Would the bigger thorrtle body hurt that?
