oxygen sensor threads... what are they??
Aren't they just a typical spark plug thread? In which case, what thread is that? When I welded up my downpipe, I forgot to put an o2 bung in, and I dont have the welder at my house anymore, so I just wanna go and drill a hole and heli-coil it... And as far as leaks go, its open downpipe, so i'm not worried about that...
well, i DO know its the same thread as the BIGGER spark plug size..whatever is the next step up from the honda 5/8" spark plug...

Bingo.
For those looking for cheap o2 bungs, they sell sparkplug antifoulers in the 'Help!' section at most autoparts stores. Around $4 for a pair.

i bought one of these but it didnt work... it wasnt just a bung, it was a cylinder type thing, that the o2 sensor wouldnt fit in... I cut the thing in half to try and use it as just the nut, but the threads were wrong... and it was an 18mm size too
