OK so i wanna rebuild the head on my a6 and i was wonderin what cams/valvtrain mods people are runnin and what gains are you seeing? IM prolly lookin to spend about 6/7 hundred by the time im done what can i get for this or will a good job cost me more?

Also i wanna ruin nitrous, like 75 shot does that matter for my cam choice and what is a good CR for that?
