A/C Blower motor noise???
I had taken out the A/C Blower motor. It's been making a clicking sound on low speeds when the A/C is on. I removed it and spun it by hand and I can hear the sound coming from within the motor. Does anyone know how to go about oiling ir up or ridding the sound???
I haven't had mine out, but here goes... Can you dismantle the motor at all? First make sure the noise isn't coming from the fan after all.
If the noise comes from brushes rubbing on their contacts, then you polish the contacts smooth. If it's bearing noise then you see if it has little felt wicks to hold oil for the bearings. Put some oil in there & see. Otherwise, see if you can find replacement bearings (good luck)...
