if you are swapping into a 90 accord you dont need that prelude mount thats only for 5th gen accords.
and i would not mess with an accord auto tranny on an h22a
just save your money and get an h22a auto or convert to 5 spd.

i heard that you might need to change the axles for the increased power. not sure tho....check out the new compact car magazine they have a whole section on the h22a swap into an accord.

SO DONT DO THE SWAP
Heres an idea, save more money!
it amazes me how people will half *** something like this and come out of it with a car that is .4 seconds in a quarter mile
an h22a with an f22 manual tranny is lousy enough, why the hell would you use the auto??

that write-up is not 100% accurate

Save up, because these swaps tend to take longer and cost more than expected.
I would add a resistor box to your list. you might also consider to replace the timing belt, water pump and crank seal.

you actually do need the driver side mount for 4th and 5th gens...
-and why would you need a new resistor box????....the accord one works fine...
-f22 tranny isn't too bad if you shift in the right places...you are only border-line out of vtec on each shift...
-you don't need new axles if you are using the f22 tranny...only the h22 tranny requires you to get new axles since the splines are different...
and oh yeah...you don't want the h22 harness...you want the f22 harness...you have to modify it to adapt to the extra h22 sensors...go to http://www.accordinglydone.com or http://www.h22a.org for more info...don't let these guys get you down on what you want to do...
(this site truly amazes me at how people can **** all over others' projects... he simply asked for help and stated that he was eventually going to get the 5 speed h22 tranny...leave him alone about it and help him out or don't post at all!)

You only need the drivers side mount for the 5th gen accord (94-97)
your right you have the resistor box already
Auto's suck
You don't need to replace the axles at all doesn't matter if you are using a F or H series tranny auto or 5spd you will always USE THE ACCORD AXLES
Yes you need the H22 harness cause there are plugs on there that you need, but you will modify the F22 harness

and thats more for five speed, he could get a h22 Tcu and it would help shift points a tad bit.. but then again.. its not 100% as good as a full swap

you can find h22 auto trannys for 350.. they arent that expensive.. just another week or two of paychecks put aside..
your going to have broken sensor and plugs.. your going to want to replace timing belts and other small parts.. i would put at least 200 aside for new belts, parts and little things
