Default Headlight condensation?How to remove?

Ok I got a pair of projector headlights off ebay and now there is condensation in the pass. side. How do I open the headlights up to clean and reseal? Dont I have to stick it in the microwave till the glue is soft or something? Also these lights have halo rings but now the halo rings dont stay on they flicker, has anyone else had this problem? I woudl love to keep the rings on but they are off now cause all 4 dont work. When they do work it looks sweet cause its bimmer style. Anyway any help is a +.

Thanks again.

-There's just a few examples and information to help you out. The silicone is the most important part, so don't go cheap, and don't go quick. Take your time.
