jdm h22 into 93 accord
ok...
since its jdm, will i need to replace the speed sensor so its doesnt try to tell me the speed in km/h and if so, can i use my stock 93 accord sensor?
will regular 87 octane gas be fine for normal everyday driving or will i need to go 89 or even 91?
what weight oil would you guys recommend?
how well do the ebay $20 strut bars work?
and last, how much boost is safe to run on the stock jdm h22 internals?
anything else u can think of to watch out for during/after install so i dont have any suprises would be great
thanks

What was the compression on your engine? 10:1? use premium, if it's on stock internals.
I don't think you will need to change the speed sensor. It measures speed in constant pulses per velocity, the ecu and speedo do the translation of those pulses the same regardless of jdm or usdm.
I would change the timing belt when i change the engine. Also the balancer belt, water pump, double check the crank pulley for damage, and make sure the various sensors are not damaged.

Stock speed sensor, Run premium (93 octane or 91 in cali), you can run either 5w-30 or if you are going to run the **** out of it 5w-20 would be ok, How much boost is a trickey question. It really comes down to your tuning. If you where perfectly tunned maybe 9psi. Going with 7 or 8 leaves a larger margin for error.
5-8psi would be okay..... premium always. Stock speed sensor.
eBay strut bars - noticable improvement, a lot better than nothing. Neuspeed might beat it but not by much, no other manufacturer has any real difference in actual function

Also, doesn't it seem as if they are asking the same question, e.g. if a H22 is better than a H23, etc.
Regarding the ebay strutbar, I think it's a waste of money. I bought one, and quickly replaced it with a solid piece, instead of a three piece, Neuspeed strutbar.

ok ***, but some of us couldnt drive 5 years ago and for people like me with 90-93 accords, after 10+ years some of our cars engines and tranny's are starting to die and instead of spending hundreds to fix them, we are upgrading. mad props to u asswipe for doing it 5 years ago and sorry for making it so uncool because more people are doing it
