92-95 civic cx distributor work fine on my 89 crx dx?

i think mine is goin....my friend has a junk cx motor sittin around. anyone done this??....i posted in crx forum too

the plugs and mouning tabs wont be the same but if you rewire it and do some hacking im pretty sure it will work

won;t work even if you repin it.

92+ have 24 tooth reluctors, 88-91 have 16 tooth reluctors.
